I have always loved the service department because of the personal service I have received. Unfortunately this time the personal service was lacking. I received a text message that a driver belt needed to personal service I have received. Unfortunately this time the personal service was lacking. I received a text message that a driver belt needed to be changed and had to check decline or approve. I had questions about what the driver belt did, the price etc. and had to go find someone to answer those questions. If the past Anne or Ronnie would have come to me and explained the necessity of having this changed or letting me know if it could wait. More
