This review was posted to the Mazda's store page, but we are all owned by Paretti. The cost of gap insurance is higher on longer terms and can vary based on several factors. I can tell you that every store has set prices for those types of insurances. I will certainly address the detailing with the detail department. I can also offer you a complimentary wash and vacuum at your convenience, just please call me and let me know when you want to bring it it. Also, bring it to the Mazda store and ask for Brett and I will get that taken care of for you. We try not to clean the engine bays though as some dealers do that to hide how rough it was before they bought it, nor do we want to mess anything up. On rare occasions we send them out for under the hood detailing, but do not do that in house. I'll see if we have any freebies in the parts department as well!!! I might be able to get you some paretti merch!! -Brett McSpadden
