It allows you to change the amount of stars if you feel satisfied after your poor experience. Please ignore that for now. Chuck, I am so sorry to hear this happened. I will certainly get with the service manager and have them reach out to you. This is not normal practice here. Also, just so you don't feel like Troy is ignoring you or doesn't value you as a customer, he is out of town right now and on a light day he probably gets a 100 emails.
