I recently bought a 2007 328i hardtop convertible coupe with about 32,000 miles in spectacular conditio I am new to the BMW family, albeit a used BMW. I recently bought a 2007 328i hardtop convertible coupe with about 32,000 miles in spectacular condition with one exception, small water leaks in a couple spots. It is not an easy task to find the source point(s) for a cabin breech and Jim and Frank nailed it after hours of water tests and expert labor were performed. The billing was tremendously fair and Jim updated me about costs and the progress of the repair at every turn!
