Sales experience was excellent We just purchased a new BMW 328xi from Craig at Park Ave BMW. We had a similar model that we purchased from a different dealer (as a lease from BMW) We just purchased a new BMW 328xi from Craig at Park Ave BMW. We had a similar model that we purchased from a different dealer (as a lease from BMW) 3 years earlier, and the lease was expiring. We were very happy with the previous model, so we wanted a car that had all the old features. We got a quote from the old dealer for a car that lacked one feature we really liked (the head-up display). We were not quite satisfied, so we called around. Craig offered the one unit left on the lot that had the head-up display at the same price and terms as the other dealer's unit that lacked the HUD. When we went to inspect the unit, he didn't pressure us or try to "bait and switch" us. After the purchase, he accompanied us to the delivery center and made sure we got additional "giveaways". It was a very pleasant experience overall. One note -- this experience also showed me that it pays to really research the going prices of the car model you want on a site like Edmunds.com, so that you know when you are getting a good deal. More
