They were terrific to make the buying experience seamless after shopping at other dealers we had made new friends. this was our first BMW. We had taken delivery of a built out to spec X-5, with good guidance from Gregg and Sabit. The experience and relationship built was so good we bought a Seven series when my Mercedes Lease ended. The switch to BMW for both cars my wife knew how to operate both cars. We love both cars, their performance, and the new relationship that has been build by BMW. More

Wetting the Hook! I had bought a new series 7 and i needed racks which when i looked at the car during the decision process it had what looked like the push doors for a I had bought a new series 7 and i needed racks which when i looked at the car during the decision process it had what looked like the push doors for a rack on the roof. a couple of weeks after delivery i started to investigate putting a BMW roof rack to discover that it did not exist for the Series 7 2015. i had such a good experience during the buying experience i contacted my salesman Sabit who did the research.. He told me that it could be done if the car was retrofitted. Obviously this was a disconcerting piece of information.. So i called, from the car, BMW who elevated my request to the proper person. Who followed up and directed me to Call Dave Bergamotto Service Manager of Park Ave BMW.. he is a busy man but he was great to follow up with personal return calls. When we spoke i was ready for the No's and what cannot be done. Instead I received such a positive welcoming Partner who identified us as a valuable customer and took care of the situation. When i picked up the car i wanted to MEET Dave who reenforced the customer value to the dealer ship and was proud of what he represented. he walked me around to see the new space they were adding and the impressive and fast way to have cars in and customers on their way for BMW brand of service. David set the Hook to an already good relationship. i never experienced this warm building relationship at Benz and i bought several. i am Hooked on BMW - Great cars to drive -- a Great relationship to purchase and -- a new friend in Service!! At Park Ave I was always treated with respect, kept updated and informed, and departed satisfied. When I moved down to FL I expected the same thing, but I was sorely disappointed and incredibly appalled. Being over 1,000 miles away I decided to take my car in for service to the dealership closest to my home. The entire experience at this dealership in FL turned out to be the polar opposite of my experience at Park Ave BMW. Now that its time for me to find a new place to take my car for service, I just figured I would let you all know how good you have it at Park Ave BMW! More

We went to multiple dealerships and Park Ave was our #1 choice especially after meeting Heather! She made our buying experience an absolute pleasure and listened to all of needs! We ended up ordering a 2016 X6 in Flamenco Red with Cognac interior since it couldn't be located. It only took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive which was unbelievably fast. Vito the Genius was very helpful in deciding the exterior, interior and trim colors. My wife wanted the Flamenco Red but no dealerships had a vehicle in stock with that color to actually see. Vito was the only one to have seen that color in person and when the truck finally arrived, the Flamenco Red was absolutely gorgeous! We would highly recommend Park Ave BMW and especially Heather from sales who made the whole experience smooth and pleasurable. More
