Patient, and worked well to get me exactly what I wanted Actually went in for a used car. Test drove four or five cars for which Gio was very good at getting things arranged and set up for me on time and as Actually went in for a used car. I ended up wanting a new car instead (dealer didn't up-sell -- I was impressed with the new features). Emailed him with exactly what I wanted. He called back with a "Yes we can do that!" and a quote and I signed the same day. He then helped me through the ordering and finance process and even the Performance Delivery option (which is great btw). The process was very smooth, and am super happy with my decision to purchase a BMW and my decision to go with Giovanni at Park Avenue. Would recommend to family and friends. More
