Bait you in and change the deal Got a quote with the salesman jack over the phone for a 5 series diesel. Asked for a quote for everything out the door and was given a price. When I g Got a quote with the salesman jack over the phone for a 5 series diesel. Asked for a quote for everything out the door and was given a price. When I get there and am with the finance manager, he tells me everything isn't included and would end up paying another $100 per month for the car for tire and wheel warranty. Instead of trying to make the situation better Jack says I did not hear him correctly when in fact I told him everything I require before he got the quote. The manager just watched as he was being disrespectful and insulting me saying all kinds of things like calling me a liar and the worst part is the manager did nothing to make up for any of it. Ended up walking out and would never go back or recommend this dealer to anyone. More
