When I was looking to purchase a car I had visited a couple BMW dealerships. I subsequently purchased my BMW from Park BMW because of the dedication of the customer service relationship. This is just a brief background of why I purchased my car from Park BMW. I went to a particular BMW dealer and I went through all the paper work to purchase the car. The only thing left to do was to pick-up my car; which was in the lot at the time I filled out the paper work. To make a long story short, the following day I went back to pick up my car just to find out that they sold the car. I finally called Park BMW and asked for someone that speaks Spanish; this is how I met Mr. Polo. I explained to him my situation and I was impressed with his level of concern to help me. I went to meet Mr. Polo and he showed me the car which I was interested in. He spoke to his supervisor and he came back with a much better deal and package than what the previous dealers were proposing to me.
