Warranty Reprensentative: Vinny Bergamotto I began conversation with Vinny Bergamotto early January 2015 as my vehicle was out of warranty and my turbos gave out on me. Vinny I began conversation with Vinny Bergamotto early January 2015 as my vehicle was out of warranty and my turbos gave out on me. Vinny within hours had price quotes and possible solutions, dealt with upper management and truly was my voice in the building. My schedule is rather difficult to comply with as I am up early and out late. Vinny was always the first in the building, replying to my emails 7-7:30AM promptly. Never have I seen such dedication from an employee in general. My attention to detail is very high as I completed 4 years in the military and currently employed as an electrical engineer. Vinny met and exceeded all of my expectations. The standard in my eyes has been raised due to my experience with this gentleman.
