Out of state buyers beware Everyone was great during the initial sale of the vehicle, however once the sale was complete, they wanted nothing to do with us. We came down from Connecticut and purchased a X3. Christhian and supporting staff were nice and helpful upfront, but when it came to handling the vehicle registration, it was a complete nightmare! We did not receive our new plates until a month after purchase, which was a full week past the expiration of the temporary plates. This left us unable to use the vehicle for this period, and despite multiple attempts to reach them to get a status, we did not receive any follow up unless we called and pestered them. On the few occasions we reached someone, we were promised follow up, but received none. It's understandable registrations can be delayed due to DMV red tape, but its not understandable to not have any communication or notification of delay. More

Excellent experience working with Hans Lee I bought a CPO BMW X3 from this dealer. I live 2 states away and relied on Hans Lee to guide me through the process. He was extremely patient in ans I bought a CPO BMW X3 from this dealer. I live 2 states away and relied on Hans Lee to guide me through the process. He was extremely patient in answering all of my questions concisely, accurately and promptly. There were no surprises when I went to pick up the car. He had everything ready to go when I showed up. Hans was friendly and pleasant. He even picked me up from the renal car place! The final paperwork and purchase process was also very smooth. I know some other local dealers charge ridiculous dealer fees, inspection fees, etc. NOT here, they told me right from the beginning about the reasonable fee that is required for processing the paperwork, that's it. The owed me a 2nd key and that was sent within 10 days as promised. The car was priced right, clean and detailed prior to delivery. If you are looking for a BMW anywhere in the East coast then you ought to call up Hans Lee at Park Ave BMW. More
