HATED BUYING CARS...NOT ANYMORE For the past 35 years or so I've been buying cars and trucks. I hated it...just like everybody else!!! Edmunds did a survey this year that said most p For the past 35 years or so I've been buying cars and trucks. I hated it...just like everybody else!!! Edmunds did a survey this year that said most people would rather do their taxes, go to the DMV, or sit in the middle seat on an airplane before going to a car dealership to buy a car. I hated it so much that I decided to try buying my wife's X5 on the internet with hundreds of miles to insulate me from the pain of dealing with what I considered to be the normal antics of every dealership on the planet or even in the galaxy. On a Saturday afternoon (11/22/14) I got a crazy idea to buy my wife an X5, hiding behind my computer in my office I found the one I liked on the Park Avenue website, it looked great, sent an email, got a quick response from an adviser named Christian, spoke with him, made the deal, arrived at the Newark airport at 7:30am on Monday morning (11/24/14), Christian was crazy enough to actually pick me up that early and drive me to the dealership, we had a great discussion about our families during our rush hour drive, I inspected the X5, it looked better than the photos, exchanged stories with Roger the finance guy, and drove home 7 hours. Unbelievable!!!! I left the dealership before noon. I would have left earlier but I think I had more stories than Roger. I will buy every BMW from Park Avenue BMW for life. Mr. Park Avenue whoever you are....Christian and Roger made my car buying experience enjoyable. Thank you! More

Ive try going back to my previous dealerships to see if I can get any deals from a returning customer. I'm very surprised that Craig cayetano went straight to the point and knocked all my offers off the table. I can't believe how smooth the whole car buying transaction was. He was informative over the phone, he knew that I had to travel to the dealership, so the man cut all the xxxxxxxx and made everything from start to finish a great experience. I would definitely, without a doubt go back to Craig when I pick up my next BMW. Also compare to life quality BMW, they did not give a single gift on my 2015 x5. Not even a key chain from their dealership. I'm mentioning this cause Craig showered me with a few awesome gifts :) More
