Not only did they beat many other dealer's prices, but they did it all by phone, and all with a great attitude and a cheerful, friendly disposition. They were available constantly for any questions or concerns, even accommodating a last minute exterior color change on my order. They also invited me to a BMW ultimate driving experience which I am so excited to attend! I will certainly be buying all future BMWs from Brad and Gio and have already recommended them to many friends. More

I absolutely hate car dealerships - I hate going to them, I hate negotiating for a car, I hate the whole process. Brad, Gio and Roger are excellent and aren't in it to make it painful for the sport. They just want to sell cars, and provide an amazing service. And that's exactly what they do. Mention a color or trim you're interested in. The response from Brad and Gio? "We'll pull up a car asap so you can see the color of that trim." They know the features by heart. They know the cars. They're enthusiasts and they love what they do and they love seeing people happy in their Bimmers. Hardworking good guys. At BMW of Manhattan, I was treated like a number and literally was told "take it or leave it." So I left it and got a much better deal, on a better car and with this professional trio.
