From the moment I reached out about the X3 that I wanted, Brett got back to me immediately and his responsiveness shows me his interest in making sure his clients are taken care of. I'm extremely busy during the day, but the fact that he was able to get back to me within minutes with answers to my questions really helped move forward with the deal. Other dealerships had made it very difficult to reach a deal, but Hans was excellent and seemed motivated to work with us to reach some numbers everyone was happy with. Extremely happy!! I really don't like buying cars. The salesman always has to get up a million times to talk to the manager and do whatever it is they do.
