First BMW I met Brett by a referral for the BMW ultimate driving event, I had not heard of Park Ave BMW and had a few quotes on the vehicle I was looking at (53 I met Brett by a referral for the BMW ultimate driving event, I had not heard of Park Ave BMW and had a few quotes on the vehicle I was looking at (535i Xdrive M sport) but as soon as I met Brett I liked him! Honestly! He was very friendly to me and my mom who happened to come along that day. He was very straight forward, no going around or trying to play like it happened to me before at other dealerships. He did everything he could to make sure I got the best deal possible and I am extremely happy with my first BMW and based on my experience with Brett it won't be my last! Jack Gomes I had stopped by the dealership a few days prior looking for my previous salesman since I bought two other cars from this dealership in last three yea I had stopped by the dealership a few days prior looking for my previous salesman since I bought two other cars from this dealership in last three years. Turns out my old salesman was no longer employed there. I was initially greeted by a different salesman who was not attentive to my questions- he took three phone calls while talking to me for 10 minutes which was disrespectful and unacceptable to me. I returned a few days later and had asked one of the managers I was familiar with to let me work with a different salesman. That is how I met Jack Gomes. Right off the bat Jack was upfront, honest, completely not pushy. We went over no fewer than five different options which took significant time. We were able to strike a deal. I had called Jack a few days later, left him a message. He called me back within five minutes. I really needed a small part added to my car and Jack literally volunteered to pay for it out of his own pocket. I drove to the dealership, he made a phone call in front of me, and upon its conclusion took out money out of his own pocket to have this small part added. I was completely taken away by his actions. The man truly cares for the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. I truly hope he will remain with this dealership for a long time because I will be recommending him to everyone I know. More
