Setting the bar I only know Jeff from having my car serviced. He was my adviser before they moved him to the back house to run operations. He still comes out of the b I only know Jeff from having my car serviced. He was my adviser before they moved him to the back house to run operations. He still comes out of the back to take care of me every time I have a problem even though its not his position. He keeps me updated throughout the day on the status of my car and what they are doing to resolve any issues. The price is extremely fair and the service is fast and friendly. All the 5 star reviews here are absolutely deserved! Craig is simply the best that I've dealt with and really went the extra mile, from giving us detailed bus directions from Manhattan to the dealership, having the car ready and waiting for us when we got there, and then really taking the time to explain every function in the car so that we knew where everything was before we got off the lot. I was also impressed when after a bit of phone tag, I called him a week later and he remembered who I was and which car I was interested in. The lease terms were the best price I could find after calling around to a couple other dealers in the area, and Craig was completely honest and upfront with exploring different options along the way. The price was mostly worked out in advance, so the longest time we spent was waiting for Craig to finish with his first customer and for us to get insurance. The other staff were great as well. We felt like were were treated like a valued customer the entire time, unlike some other dealerships. I wish all dealerships operated this way. I would absolutely recommend that anyone who is looking to purchase or lease a BMW to look no further than Park Ave BMW and let Craig Cayetano take care of you. More
