Brett was very patient and understanding of my situation and explained the entire process step by step. It turned out to be one of the easiest things I've done in awhile! He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the details, which I am appreciative of. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Roger was great to work with as well. He didn't try to up-sell anything I didn't want or need. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was professional and nice. This was my second time leasing from Park Ave BMW and second time working with Brett. I worked with Brett because the first time I leased he excelled so much that I could not pass up working with him ag second time working with Brett. This time around I was going through the first lease return that I have ever done and Brett made it super easy and quick. Within an hour I was all finished with both returning my end of lease car and driving off with my new term lease. I worked with a new Finance Manager this time around, last time I worked with Roger Pic who was very nice and efficient, this time I worked with Ryan McGowan who was just as nice and expeditive as Roger was. I WAS JUST THERE THIS TUESDAY TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED OVERALL IT WAS AN OK EXPERIENCE THE ONLY THING I RECOMMEND IS NOT DEALING WITH RICH ANZALONE. THE GUY WAS PUTTING ME TO SHAME BECAUSE I DRIVE AN OLD OVERALL IT WAS AN OK EXPERIENCE THE ONLY THING I RECOMMEND IS NOT DEALING WITH RICH ANZALONE. THE GUY WAS PUTTING ME TO SHAME BECAUSE I DRIVE AN OLD BMW.. ITS LIKE HE HAS A SCENE OF BEING BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE AND I DON'T LIKE PEOPLE LIKE THAT. ANYWAYS AFTER MY SERVICE HE HAD MENTIONED THAT I NEEDED TO REPAIR A FEW THINGS ON THE CAR AND QUOTE SAID " I KNOW YOU CANT AFFORD TO FIX THE CAR QUITE FRANKLY I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH LONGER THIS RUST BUCKET IS GOING TO LAST YOU MEAN WHILE ITS A 2008 BMW WHICH ISN'T THAT OLD AND KEPT SAYING OUT LOUD HOW THE CAR HAS HIGH MILES WHICH WAS EMBARRASSING CONSIDERING HE SAID THAT OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND FELLOW CO WORKERS...
