Mine was an emergency service as my indicator alerted me that my oil level was low and I was preparing for a mini road trip (Phila). I called and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Rich met me at my car when I pulled in and I explained the oil issue. He looked at the vehicle report, started my car himself and asked me if there was anything else I'd like him to look at - he was immediately concerned with the sound of the engine as it started. I told him about the road-trip and a few other observations that I didn't think were a big deal (car not heating the interior properly; rubbing sound coming from the tires, etc) and he promised to look at everything. Turns out I needed a new battery (my 2006 3-series was still operating on the original battery with 110k miles!), my fluids topped off and brakes tightened (tire issue was minor). It was an awesome experience, as usual, and I appreciate that Rich went above and beyond to ensure that my car (my safety) was in the best shape possible for my journey. I am a grateful recipient of his knowledge, experience and desire to deliver the best experience possible! More

Jesse made our first leasing experience so easy and enjoyable. When it came time to pick up my car, Steven spent a considerable amount of time in prepping my vehicle and also showing me around the car both exterior and interior and how everything worked. He spent a lot of time showing me how to use the iDrive system. This was welcomed and unexpected but I'm glad he did it, since it helped me get up to speed on the technology in the BMW very quickly. Francine was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and she guided me very well through the entire process.
