Park Ave BMW

I was in the market for a luxury SUV. Francine Barbieri was a salesman at the Park Ave BMW where I met approximately 3 weeks ago. My plan was to test-drive the X3. Francine and Gregg convinced me to just was a salesman at the Park Ave BMW where I met approximately 3 weeks ago. My plan was to test-drive the X3. Francine and Gregg convinced me to just come in drive it before making a final decision. To my pleasant surprise, Francine was courteous, optimistic, and enthusiastic not to mention that he was extremely informative about the BMW X3. During my test-drive Francine continued to “wow” me with his plethora of knowledge and expertise of the X3. Once we sat in the X3, Francine continued educating us and as she mentioned earlier, “the car will speak for itself”. I loved the handling and performance immediately. After test-driving for approximately ½ hour with Francine sitting in the passenger seat pleasantly going over the mechanics, I was sold. If it were not for Francine's impeccable and knowledgeable salesmanship, and considering that I was sold on the Mercedez Benz, I may not have purchased the BMW X3. I could not buy vehicle on the same day when I took the test drive because of unavailability of color combinations. I told her what my dream color would be but vehicle need to be ordered. She helped me throughout the process and submitted the order immediately, including the exact interior seat color. The BMW X3 is far superior to the other compact luxury suv’s. Francine handled my paperwork flawlessly and when I picked the car up on Tuesday, May 21st, 2013, she took me through an intensive exercise. Gregg is Internet director at Park Ave BMW and he is one of the best person to deal with. He gave valuable inputs during my order and not to forget during car production period. Roger is finance manager and he is one the best finance manager to work with, as everyone know buying new car involves lot of transactions and financial documentations etc, he helped me with ease. Park ave gives the best competitive rates in the market and for this I will give Park Ave A++++++++. Keep up the good job guys!!!!! More

It is my pleasure to write this review on Larry Weiner at Park Ave BMW! In fact, one of the main reasons I stick with the BMW family of cars is because of the level of service I get with Larry. I am at the service center anywhere between 7-10 times a year with nails in my tires. Larry coordinates with my tire insurance company and I'm out in no time with not a dime out of pocket. If its going to be a while, he always makes sure I get a loaner car. Most importantly, Larry is a great guy! I have NEVER felt that he is pushing me to do unnecessary work just to benefit himself/BMW. If you have haven't been to the service center before, make sure you ask for Larry! More

I have been shopping around for a certified pre-owned BMW 3 series for a few months now and was getting a bit discouraged that I couldn't find anything quite in my price range. I ended up getting in contact with Mike Messinger at Park Ave BMW and he took down what I was looking for and within a day he had turned around with a few great ideas. He was conscious of my tight budget and never pushed me to stretch myself. He found one particularly great car that was exactly what I was looking for and instead of the usual back and forth game playing, got me the numbers we needed. I have seen the same model with same package but MANY more miles going for MANY more dollars elsewhere, so I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Once the deal was signed, Mike still took a great deal of time to go over the car and features thoroughly with me. Since the purchase, when he hasn't answered my phone call on the first ring, he has gotten back to me within a few minutes of my calls. His service is top notch and I would send any of my friends or family looking for a BMW directly to Mike. His service, respect, and integrity are top notch. From my first discussion with Francine, her words and her actions made it clear that she was going to work as hard as needed with both me and dealership management to arrive at a fair transaction. She worked as hard as any professional I deal with in the financial services industry, returning calls promptly and proactively addressing any questions or concerns I had with the vehicle, terms and conditions, and even checked in several times post delivery to make sure I was happy with my purchase. For my first service Francine went out of her way to set up the appointment, service req and loaner, and make sure I found my way to a great advisor who continues to take care of my service needs today. Francine is a gem and significantly differentiates this dealership from the typical JD and RC Porsche dealerships in central NJ.
