I cannot begin to describe how much of a help Francine was with the leasing of my new BMW 328xi. Right from the beginning, she made sure that I got everything I wanted and then some. I come to this dealer because it not only is it beautiful, the people are amazing, but specifically Mike. I found the best price here for a cpo BMW through internet in NY/NJ area, and decided to pay a visit. I made appoint with Steven Mercier, which he spent about 2 and half hour on that day, very patien internet in NY/NJ area, and decided to pay a visit. I end up putting down deposit on that same day, Steven and Roger helped me through the paper work, and I picked up my car the following week, Pretty good experience over all, very friendly place and helpful staff.
