I bought a used car from Brett recently and cannot say enough on how helpful and pleasant he was to work with. I had a issue with my car and Park Avenue BMW went above and beyond to rectify it. Thier service department is nothing short of fantastic. He goes back and looks for what I want, at my price range. The process of leasing a car with him, has always been smooth. He does all the work. The experience is like going to a full service spa, He offers you everything and you walk out relaxed. Any BMW dealer can offer you a BMW X6 but not every dealer can offer you an experience. Whats also amazing about park ave is their service center, having 10 cars at the moment with many other bmws in the past equals alot of repairs and maintenance within the vehicles where the service center comes in hand. The service advisers there larry and sean are awsome to deal with they give the best prices and they stay on top of the cars like the cars are their own. From the courtesy rental cars to the top of the line service there is no other place to go there's a saying u pay for what u get and u sure do pay for the best. I would also like to mention David Bergamotto who is the service director he is very considerate and nice always comes out with a smile and greets the customers warmly. Let me begin by saying that the vehicle is truly awesome, it's like love at first sight every time I get a new BMW, however this was my first transaction with Aimon, he is in my humble opinion; head and shoulders above anyone that I have dealt with regardless of what I was purchasing at the time. Aimon walked me through the entire process and used his expertise to make suggestions on items that I had not thought about in the past when purchasing a vehicle. He is extremely resourceful, courteous, respectful; a true gentlemen. He makes himself available via text, email, cell phone, etc. I visited the dealership on several occasions during the week/weekends and most times I noticed Aimon had multiple sets of customers that he was working with.
