While other dealers were willing to provide me with ballpark pricing over the phone, none except Park Ave Internet Sales provided me with a black and white (incredible) price by email. Naturally, I ran this price by other dealers - none of which were able to come close to Brad's offer. In today's fast-paced world, dealing with Brad primarily by email was a huge time savor. He was upfront with pricing, options, availability, etc. After all the details were established by email, at my convenience, I dropped in the Maywood sales office and finished the paperwork within 15 minutes. No need to haggle with salesman or have to wait while the salesman went back and forth talking to his manager. Sabit is willing to go the extra mile to insure that we were not only satisfied with our lease, but his work ethic along with his knowledge and professional experience was a delightful escape from what is a very stressful activity for us. In fact, we price compared with another dealer and they were willing to give us a little better payment. My husband and I were in total agreement that we wanted Sabit to be our sales consultant and dismissed the other dealer's deal willing to pay the little extra. Gregg Berkowitz asked for a wish list of cars and within a few minutes found several that fit what I was looking for. We then took one out for a test drive within 30 minutes and that wound up being the one I purchased. After Gregg felt I was satisfied, I then dealt with Brad Russak, who was so knowledgeable that I was blown away. After going over all the paper work, Brad then spent a significant amount of time going over the X5 with me. Without his tutorial, I would probably still be lost.
