Went in for an oil change with a coupon....the car was ready about an hour later as promised so I came out with to a clean car and 3 rims horribly dented and dinged up by someone there....the reason I kno ready about an hour later as promised so I came out with to a clean car and 3 rims horribly dented and dinged up by someone there....the reason I know it happened there is because the previous day and night I wiped down the dust off my rims which is normal occurance for me since I baby all my cars.I can't say who did it or how it happened but I immediately told my service advisor who then proceeded to take photos.He then told me that Wayne Carenza was the service mangager and that perhaps I should talk with him so I drove from service to the other location.After explaining what happened and how I baby my cars, he offered no solution and stood by his dealership and politely then rudely told me to get out of there and that he nor any of his employees would do something like this.I then let him know that I belong to all the BMW forums and had friends that purchased and leased cars there he told me he didn't do it and could care less who I told.Now I wasn't asking for new rims because I actually put curb rash on the right 2 rims but I did expect that he would send the rims to a local rim repair shop to fix this issue.Instead he chose to AGGRESSIVELY TELL ME that they are not responsible and will not be.Now because of this unfortunate situation I'm telling all my friends,wifes family,entrepreneurs,company owners and every other affluent person that loves BMW to take your business to another dealership.I am a company owner myself that is highly respected and I know they will look unfavorably at Park Ave as a company.Thanks again Park Ave. More

I just leased a 2013 X5 and Tony was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Very patient, very knowledgable, very professional and always straight with the facts. Had a very bad experience with an with from start to finish. Very patient, very knowledgable, very professional and always straight with the facts. Had a very bad experience with another salesman there in 2003, and challenged Tony to change my opinion of the place. He succeeded in spades. Would shop there again any time. The finance person who walked me thru my final lease paperwork was also a pleasure to work with. Took his time to explain everything to me and even walked me thru a few lingering questions I had after all the papers were finished. Overall a great experience. More

Rob was a complete pleasure to work with. He took care of us from start to finish, all questions answered, was completely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra milefor us. Just purchased my third BMW from Mike Messinger at Park Ave, enough said! After a brief foray into the land of MB, I was looking to get back into a BMW. My MB salesman contacted me with a deal and when I Ave, enough said! After a brief foray into the land of MB, I was looking to get back into a BMW. My MB salesman contacted me with a deal and when I called back and left a message with some questions (didn't want to pass up a great deal if there was one), he didnt call me back for 4 days, well he lost his window. As always Mike went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted when I wanted it at a more than fair price. I know he's not a one man show, so thanks to all at Park Ave, buying a car should aleays be so easy! More

I purchased from Park Ave 5/2012. I walked in after doing a great deal of hw around make and models and price comparisons. Sabit gladly helped me upon my arrival. Sabit was excellent to work with.
