Second time having my car repaired with Vince and Romy in the body shop. They really went the extra mile in working with my difficult insurance provider to make sure it paid it's fair share so I didn't have the body shop. This is definitely dealership with the service on lower level than I am use to see from BMW. I reserved the car (CPO) with down payment the same day I contacted dealership. The deal was to come within 7 level than I am use to see from BMW. I reserved the car (CPO) with down payment the same day I contacted dealership. The deal was to come within 7 days (flew in NJ only because of the car!), check the car and buy it. When we arrived to dealership, they told us that they have to fix the rear left window opening (after 7 days they found this out?!) so it will take few more days to get it ready for shipping. On top of that, the car had 500 miles extra, because one of the managers was driving it after I made downpayment! The dealer I was working with was more appropriate for some street deals than for BMW store, the verbiage and style. When they finally got the car ready for transport, the driver who was picking up the car calls me and says they don`t have that car in warehouse!! Then he calls me 5 minutes later, he says Well, they found it! (the staff was not aware of having the car there?!). I also told to dealership staff multiple times to enable GPS in the car, so I can track the trip. They never did it! Overall, I don`t believe the headquarters in Munchen, Germany, would be happy with professionalism and service of this dealership. More

What happened to Park Ave BMW after covid? When did they become criminals? I scheduled my car for an oil change. The bill was $516.57. So what happened? They were correct except they charged me one hour labor! And they had the gall to say there was a signature opt out when I was sitting there for 2 hours. They also wanted to change my 2 rear tires and showed me a lovely video of them spinning on the lift. Enough! It wasn't just me. They tried to up sale everyone in the room. 4 new tires for one gentleman. No thanks. The best was the woman who needed new brake pads. She said she hadn't driven the car in 6 months due to covid. Stop taking advantage of your customers.......Strange, I don't see my service "advisor" listed. Coincidence? More

Do not buy a car from Brad. They took our deposit, pulled our credit, told us the car would be available in 3 weeks. When the time came, they said the car was not available - they could order a new one (wait our credit, told us the car would be available in 3 weeks.
