Scott was great from the start. I've owned several cars in my life and yet the car buying experience has never been appealing to me. I've always found some salesmen to be pushy, aggresive and a bit arrogant at times. Not to mention when car shopping for what some may call luxury vehicles, sales people can be a little snobbish. My experience at Park Ave BMW was the exact opposite. I had the pleasure of working with Marckensy Louissant. I use the phrase 'working with' because I truly felt that my purchase was a collaborative effort. I simply told him what I needed and what I wanted. Mr. Louissant did his best to come up with a car and pricing within my requirements. I asked a ton of questions and he answered every one patiently. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car or to even return a phone call. In fact, prior to my visit, I had already left a deposit at another dealership for a totally different car. This is my first experience with the BMW family and it most certainly will not be my last. I appreciate the professionalism, time and courtesy that I was shown. More
