I recently leased a new 328 XI from Park AVE BMW and I have to admit, it has been very pleasant experience. It started from the time I made the deal with them which was very fantastic. Mike and Anthony (his manager) made every effort to make me happy with my new car. Mike was schedule for a day off, he actually came to the office at the delivery date to ensure that the process goes very smooth and indeed it was. I highly recommend any one in the market for BMW to give Park AVE a try first. I also cannot even begin describing how beautiful the BMW is. Park Ave BMW service department is amazing !!!! I entered the service location at 530 Huyler Ave in South Hackensack with a problem with my front driver window. He had a service consultant ( Eric) write up my service order and got my car right into the service area. They set the expectation that it would take about 2 hrs to complete the work which I thought was key instead of just having me sit there with no clue on how long the job would take. My car was finished in less than the expected 2 hour time and I was on my way. I would recommend Park Ave Service to everyone. They are running at a high efficiency at this location. Stopped in for a minor repair without an appointment (reflector had dropped out of the bumper). Park Avenue replaced it while I waited with hardly question. This was not the case, however, and the Service Manager understood my explanation and fixed it no charge. The new service center is very comfortable as well. I was able to brows the web and check email from their terminals while I waited in the lounge. More

In my opinion, everyone at Park Avenue Motors went well beyond what is typical, and did so with a genuine and believable sense of customer satisfaction.
