After learning that my 335i convertible had a flat tire, I was less than thrilled knowing I would have to visit the service center to have it replaced. I had seen billboards and received mailers advertizing I was less than thrilled knowing I would have to visit the service center to have it replaced. I had seen billboards and received mailers advertizing Park Avenue’s new service facility, and initially thought it would be out of the way. To my surprise, the new service center was even more conveniently located than the previous center, right off of route 80. When I arrived, I pulled my car through an automatic garage door (very impressive). Before I could even step out of the vehicle, Jeff was already at my door ready to take down my information on a portable tablet. He then escorted me to the waiting area. I anticipated skimming through magazines while I waited for my car and was completely shocked to see that the waiting area (more of a lounge really) had computer desks with a printer and fax machine, several flat screen TVs which each featured a different channel and even a security camera which allowed me to view the entire service facility – and catch a glimpse of my car every so often! While I was waiting, I was able to complete several tasks for work, and even print and fax copies to my office (definitely a time saver). Jeff checked in with me occasionally to give me updates and even offered me a snack and beverage. When my car was finished, Jeff had already prepared all of the paper work and brought it to me in the waiting area. Before I even had to mention that I purchased the tire warranty (DEFINITELY worth it, by the way), Jeff had already looked up my history, contacted the insurance company, filed the claim and received the payment – no money out of my pocket! In addition to the new facility being absolutely breathtaking, Jeff’s attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and overall friendly personality made this experience thoroughly enjoyable. I would highly recommend visiting Park Avenue’s new service facility, and when you do, make sure you ask for Jeff. More
I know all 5s for ratings seem a bit suspect, but do hear me out: 1. I purchased a 2009 335i for European Delivery. While ED is getting much more popular, it's still a bit out of the ordinary, has additi me out: 1. I purchased a 2009 335i for European Delivery. While ED is getting much more popular, it's still a bit out of the ordinary, has additional paperwork and procedures, etc. This was my second ED so I knew how they work, but still I was very pleased with Laura's prompt handling of the paperwork and its accuracy. Obviously this is paramount since each ED vehicle is custom build as you pick it up in Munich. Also, the M Sports Package (ZMP) becamse available *after* I placed my order but well before delivery. Laura was fantastic getting the order changed (I added this package instead of the regular sports package and changed the color scheme) and making sure everything was in order... sure, customers should expect good service from their BMW dealers, but it's nice when they deliver, and Laura delivers with a smile. 2. Dodgy sales tactics, pressures. Basically, there was none. Each buyer is different of course; I'm fairly experienced and knew exactly what I wanted (I didn't even need a test drive). I felt Laura and the dealership detected this so there were no hard sales tactics, pressures, schemes, etc. I like that. I don't know what it is, but BMW dealerships around New York seem to have a large number of car meathead types ("awww, you'z need to get this or that") which I can't stand. It was a pleasure working with Laura because it was all business... confirm the pricing, fill out the purchase order, make sure everything was in order for ED, follow up on delivery. 3. And speaking of pricing, I felt these guys were the most aggressive. There were other dealerships in the same price territory (you get a nominal discount for ED cars) but I felt Park Ave and Laura "wanted" to close the deal and they agreed to best pricing earliest. I also feel like they didn't try to jam me with silly fees or ridiculous paint protect or other typical dealer tricks... sure there are fees, but Laura was upfront and transparent about pricing. I like that. So my purchase experience was fairly straightforward since I knew exactly what I wanted, but ED and a package/color change made it a bit more difficult. I feel my CA is honest, professional, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to deal with. And cute. If you're interested in ED and want aggressive/transparent pricing, do your homework and definitely give these guys a look. More

Brought my 2008 328I Convertible for a year check up and what they call I spa treatment for the car. When I pulled up there was no valet, after waiting awhile I decided to just go in. The reception told me what they call I spa treatment for the car. When I pulled up there was no valet, after waiting awhile I decided to just go in. The reception told me to sit in the most unfriendly manner and someone would be with me shortly. Shortly turned into almost 40 minutes. After meeting with the service advisor I was told to go outside to get my loaner. Much to my shock and dismay, it was a FORD TAURUS! Not only that, the brakes on the vehicle were unsafe. Luckily I did not have to drive to my office in NYC. When I went back, I told my service advisor how disturbing it was to get such a vehicle as a loaner he asked me if I asked for a BMW loaner. WHAT! In my wildest imagination would I think that BMW would give nothing other than a BMW as a loaner, you gotta me kidding me. My sister with a Mercedes laughed at me, they never did that to her. By the way, the spa treatment for $200 just ok! By the way, to add insult to injury they changed my license plate rim to their name. Now I'm advertising for them! More
Took in my vehicle for a much needed wheel aligment and was left extremely dissapointed. So I dropped of my 328i on a friday morning, got a piece of crap suv (non bmw)loaner over the weekend , and picked u was left extremely dissapointed. So I dropped of my 328i on a friday morning, got a piece of crap suv (non bmw)loaner over the weekend , and picked up my car Monday afternoon. Being that it was a very rainy and wet day, I did not immediately notice that my car was still pulling to the right and steering wheel was still a bit off. After noticing these things on wednesday, when the weather had finally cleared up , I called for another service appointment. I was thinking they would realize they made and error and that the job was not completed correctly, but I was wrong. Later in the afternoon after dropping off the car again, service tech calls me and states that the car needs another alignment, Now keep in mind, I had to pay for the first one, and now they wanted to charge me for another one. I refused and then the service manager, calls me and tells me that I must have hit a pot hole and messed up the alignment again. After trying to make him realize someone on his end made an error for about twenty minutes, I just gave in and agreed to the re-alignment once again. I just wanted my car fixed and back honestly. The next day, dealer calls me again, and states that i have a bent strut etc, which needs to be replaced and within the parts and labor would come out to about $ 2000 and change. So I refused and just decided to leave it as is. Due to my work schedule sometimes I am unable to make it to the dealership before they close, with this said, I returned the loaner they provided me 2 days late. When I got there they wanted to charge me $50 a day for the loaner , which I was willing to pay but another a$100.00 for just looking at my vehicle. I flipped out, refused and demanded to talk to someone besides a receptionist, but no luck. Since I refused to pay at that time ,they refused to to give me back my vehicle. So I decided to take the loaner back and leave, with the intentions of coming back the next day and taking care of it. To my surprise, they refused to give me back the BMW loaner I was driving and wanted to give me a FREAKIN TAURUS. As I stated to the receptionist, I know I have t pay for an extra day, and I had no problem with that, but she stated they needed it for a customer the following day..All of a sudden they reserve BMW loaners, who knew. All I could say was "Are you SERIOUS?" I didn't know what else to say, I was just speechless. Then I said no, and just asked if they could give me a courtesy ride home, which is literally 15 minutes from there, and they said they couldn't because no one was available. I was heated, outraged, dissapointed, Angry, enraged all at the same time. I could not believe this was happening. I have been a loyal BMW customer since I was 17, 27 now, gone through 5 different bimmers, its crazy..Last time I deal with their service department. More

I have to say that my experience with Park Avenue Bmw was delightful. Jerry Deleon was the best salesperson I ever had because he got me exactly what I wanted in a car and at a reasonable price. This is my f delightful. Jerry Deleon was the best salesperson I ever had because he got me exactly what I wanted in a car and at a reasonable price. This is my fifth car that I have purchased and I never had a good experience with a dealership before this and because of this I plan on going back to purchase future cars as well as recommending Jerry to all of my friends that are inquiring about buying a new vehicle. She went above and beyond my expectations. happier with the professionalism and service Laura Fitzgerald displayed throughout my entire transaction. She went above and beyond my expectations. I started my search through the internet, and she was the only salesperson that got back to me immediately. She gave me a fair price on the car and it was even the color I wanted! Other dealers were trying to convince me to get something I didn't want. When I told her I was having a hard time finding a ride to the dealership to pick up the car, she personally drove it to my house, and had a big red bow on it, much to my surprise! I have already recommended many friends to her. Anyone looking to purchase a new BMW should definitely go to her! Thanks! More

I have bought 4 BMW's in my lifetime and my parents have worked with dealers from other German auto dealers and I have to say that Michael was the most comfortable to work with. I am planning on recommending all of my friends and family who are going to buy cars in the near future to stop by Park Ave BMW to consult with Michael. More
My experience at your dealership was the worst one i ever had. I paid $50,000 for a 2007 BMW 335i Coupe in March and had to bring it in for service because of certain sensors that kept going on and then off. had. I paid $50,000 for a 2007 BMW 335i Coupe in March and had to bring it in for service because of certain sensors that kept going on and then off. My service rep Rick Perrillo talked to me about the problems that i was having with the car... Entered my info into the computer and then gives me the keys to a loaner car. My loaner car was a SUZUKI VERONA which drove like a piece of crap.. I purchase a $50,000 car which is the ULTIMATE DRIVING EXPERIENCE and i get a car that is the WORST DRIVING EXPERIENCE... hmmmm makes sense i guess to Rick Perrillo.. Also on top of that i had to go wandering into the parking lot looking for the loaner while others had to pick up their loaners in front. So I drive away in this junk and think wow i cant wait to get my car back.. So around 1pm i call and talk to Rick Perrillo to ask about the status of my car and he tells me DIDN'T I TELL YOU ILL CALL YOU BY 4PM.. EXCUSE ME! I told him that im calling to check because i might have to go somewhere.. Either way its MY car which I PAID for.... More
