Park Ave BMW service department is amazing !!!! I entered the service location at 530 Huyler Ave in South Hackensack with a problem with my front driver window. He had a service consultant ( Eric) write up my service order and got my car right into the service area. They set the expectation that it would take about 2 hrs to complete the work which I thought was key instead of just having me sit there with no clue on how long the job would take. My car was finished in less than the expected 2 hour time and I was on my way. I would recommend Park Ave Service to everyone. They are running at a high efficiency at this location.
