I leased my first BMW from Park Avenue BMW three years ago, and recently purchased my second. In both instances my sales associate was Mike Messinger. I have bought/leased 18 vehicles in my life. I had worked with good dealerships, and some poor dealerships. In no previous event, however, had I received the excellent service that I did from Park Avenue BMW across the board, but from Mike Messinger in particular. Mike knows his vehicles well, uses no pressure tactics, and is all around a great person to work with. His care and follow up cannot be matched. This dealer is all about the sale and nothing else. Customer service is non existent once the vehicle is sold. I live in NY and purchased a vehicle ~2 months ago, I have yet to receive my license plate Customer service is non existent once the vehicle is sold. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. More

After a tree fell on my beloved 435 coupe, I wasn’t sure who would be best to bring my car back to its original state. I brought my car to Park Ave BMW in South Hackensack NJ and I received the best outcome who would be best to bring my car back to its original state. I brought my car to Park Ave BMW in South Hackensack NJ and I received the best outcome imaginable. My car had several dents, deep scratches, you name it. I received top notch service from Park Avenue; they replaced the panels instead of fixing dents one by one. Outcome: My car looks BRAND new and I smile every time I see it. WROST DEALER EVER!!! My dealer Christhian was very unresponsive and ignores emails, texts, and voicemails. We had to follow up multiple times to get an answer to one question. We didn't even push him unresponsive and ignores emails, texts, and voicemails. We had to follow up multiple times to get an answer to one question. We didn't even push him for answers to our questions and patiently waited 2-3 days until situation forced us to keep following up with him. Just to clarify, we did email him at first but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a reply back from him. When we expressed how difficult it was to get hold of him he told us to text him instead because he would answer back ASAP (which was not true). From this experience I would tell them to stay away at all cost and go to another dealership or at least avoid Christhian. More
