Dear Wayne, I was referred to your dealership by a very dear friend. The dealership itself is beautiful and a pleasure to visit. I did not get my car right away. I was never told that it would take weeks and weeks to arrive. I was never told the car was in Germany. My calls were never returned, my emails never answered. My insurer had the same issue as I did with the lack of response. My issue ls with the salesperson entirely. The young man who helped to educate me about the car, Dru, is a keeper. I worked for Calvin Klein for almost 16 years. As an EVP of design we lived by a very specific code while growing the business and developing the brand. Be the best brand ambassador possible and be consumer centric. That was not my experience with the salesman and his assistant. It’s was painful for me
