The sale associate Craig Cayetano asked my wife (the boss) and myself the important questions that lead him to finding the perfect cars. Our intention was to lease a new car for my wife, but I was blown away by the customer service and “PRICES” yes I said “PRICES” the lease offers by BMW were better than Ford, Mazda and Hyundai (Yes I went shopping prior ). Leaving the dealership I felt appreciated for my business and felt no pressure sales tactics and no bait and switches. The finance processes was painless and prompt (“never before”). And once all the paper work is completed your vehicle’s are waiting inside a beautiful enclosed area were the staff patiently explained the features of our vehicles.
