Any question that I asked him, he answered immediately and not with an arrogance as most luxury dealerships would have. He was very well versed in BMW lingo and also helped me to understand exactly what packages came with the cars I was interested in. He helped me better fit the car to what my financial situation was as well as my needs. If not only for the way I love how BMW designs it cars and their drive, but for the salesmanship that I witnessed first hand, I would reccomend a BMW from this dealer to everyone in my family and friends looking. I would not go anywhere else to purchase a car. By far the most customer friendly and cleanest place I've seen yet. More

Full dinan conversion Had my new X6M lowered tuned to stage 1 new black ceramic pipes and black grill. They wanted my business and made sure i was happy from start to finish. The experience has been incredible during the conversion Simeon (Sim) called and texted me all the new parts and update photos as the work was done.Upon collection my new car which was clean when delivered had not been cleaned again it had a full detail and was spotless. I asked for all the old parts they were in clean boxes and they still insisted they line my trunk to protect it. Sim was the best, but this dealer goes above and beyond. since the upgrade (highly recommend it 710hp) bmw have called and invited me to take the car to Spartenbug and see how they build it and take it on their track. I cant wait!!! More

He was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond in this whole process and even communicated with my insurance company making this repair seamless for me. When I arrived, he had the car ready for me to drive as well as some other models I wanted to see, Ultimately after a few hours, throughout which Brad was informative and patient, I bought my car that same day. The delivery team, was just as efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Tony Jara made the paperwork go smooth and Mike, the BMW genius was fantastic. As a first time customer of Park Ave BMW, I can happily say I'll be back again to see Brad for my next car. More
