I was referred to Park Ave, specifically Eric Cuello by a very discerning friend who will only bring her vehicles to him. Now, I know why! Eric Cuello has consistently provided the best service and follow-up . He is an outstanding service advisor. I've yet to see anything that compares to his level of professionalism, integrity, and dedication . I wouldn't consider bringing my BMW to any other dealer than Park Ave BMW-as long as Eric is there! The best experience - easy and comfprtable I have owned several Porsches in my life - and the service experience at Park Ave BMW - which starts with the facility and ends with the advisor - has I have owned several Porsches in my life - and the service experience at Park Ave BMW - which starts with the facility and ends with the advisor - has been a thousand times better than the Porsche dealer could ever hope to provide. The facility is modern, well equipped, clean, comfortable and efficient. The check in process is speedy as is the loaner car process. Eric remembered my name from the first time I went there when I purchased a used 530i - and I was treated just t he same as someone who purchased new. That lead me to purchase a new X3 in 2015 and I plan on adding a new 3 Series for my wife in the late Winter. I wouldn't even think about going to any other dealer. My vehicle is always fixed correctly, Eric is very communicative and pays attention to every detail. Plus its always spotless when I get it back. This dealer sets the standard for what other dealers should reach for. More

I miss my Park Ave visits and ease of service, loaner cars and friendly do it attitude rather than trying to extract the next dollar. I'd put these guys ahead of Prestige for their location, new facility and overall setup while fixing car. It is noteworthy in a metro nY/NJ area to get this type of car care. I still make the drive to Eric @ Park ave as he /they exemplify top service for top car. This treatment is what one should expect for spending so much on these cars. More

I wont go in for service unles Heron is there I have purchased 3 cares at Park Ave and I have been going there for service for over 10 years and I have had MANY service advisers. Since I met Heron I have purchased 3 cares at Park Ave and I have been going there for service for over 10 years and I have had MANY service advisers. Since I met Heron I told them I don't want any other advisor; if he is not the one taking care of my care I will come in on a day that he is there because I don't want to deal with anyone else. Not that the other guys are terrible juts that Heron is amazing and his service is second to none. Worry free; no hassle; friendly; efficient and effective service that s what I have received so far! Without rambling on and on; its very simple Heron is the best advisor at Park Ave hands down and no one else will be handling any of my vehicles... More
