An extremely honest "ultimate driving machine" salesman Ed was as wonderful a salesman as one could expect from BMW. That was only topped by his immediate responses after the car was delivered, as I text him repeatedly with questions of how to operate the endless gizmos of my BMW. I've read the review below and it sounds like the gentleman's issue was more with the cost of maintenance of the car at the specific dealer, rather than with Eric as a representative. I've had some unexpected costs come up before as well, but I look at it as the name of the game when it comes to owning higher-maintenance cars like BMW. More
