I have spent well over $20,000 in service and repairs to my aging vehicle in the past two years. Stefanie is fantastic and very easy to work with. She asked at the outset whether I planned to keep the aging vehicle. Having understood my answer, she guided me whether the service and/or repair would benefit me in the long run. The bottom line is she has my best interest and therefore she has earned my confidence and trust. More

Best service advisor phenomal facilty !! i was ready to bail on BMW. However that has changed. BMW should give thanks to the service advisor at park Ave. My car has been in and out of service i was ready to bail on BMW. However that has changed. BMW should give thanks to the service advisor at park Ave. My car has been in and out of service until I came to park Ave. 1. I get my car back when I'm promised 2. If alternate transportation is needed I literally drop off my car, sign some paper work and the loaner vehicle is alread in stand by.. 3 if I have to wait. The amenities are plentiful. Clean area, lots of outlets to plug into, and wifi doesn't crash every 5 minutes. 4. Courtesy loaners are always available and are clean. 5. The entire team there are friendly and genuinely want to help their customers. I live 60 miles from this facilty and I only come here now. I can't speak for everyone as I will only deal with Claudio as my service advisor. Go see him!!! Youll be happy you did. He will do what he can to make the cost as fair as possible and his follow up very thorough. Pamela deals with the courtesy loaner. She is extremely helpful, polite and pleasant to speak with. Dirk is one of the techs I've met to explain what I was hearing in my car between Claudio and dirk. My problem was resolved. Very happy with this place they've earned my business 100% of the time.
