I have never returned to a dealership or sales manager before in my 25 year driving history. But I came back to Park Avenue and Mike because the first time around leasing experience was painless and my service experience on my 2013 BMW X5 was excellent. I can honestly say that my second time leasing was even easier and quicker, all due to Mike smoothing the path ahead. I would definitely recommend Mike and Park Avenue highly to anyone considering a BMW. Somehow I think I will be back for another BMW from Mike in the future. More

He arrange for it to be move from the storage lot and told me to stop by that afternoon. He was great on the test drive and explained various features in detail. I never felt pressured or forced into making an immediate decision like you do at some dealerships. He was open and honest about the financing and I didn't have to deal with any of that "going into the back room and coming out with an offer" game. Hans even made an effort to stop by the delivery center on the day I picked up my car. I appreciate the individualized care and attention to detail, and would deal with Hans and Park Ave again any day of the week. More
