No argument there...I kind of came knowing what I wanted but Jack showed me around still. Always nice to look at the other bimmers I cant afford(not sarcasm). I came really late and found the one I wanted so I put a deposit on it. Next day, test drive the car before I even filled out any paperwork. Also, he gave me cell number so I could call and text him with a million questions which was great because this is my first car from a dealership. I wont bother him as much now. Ill stick to emails. More

Useless warranty I took my 335 to Park Ave BMW because my door panel trim was peeling and foot board cover trim came loose. They ordered the parts and during 2-3 weeks I took my 335 to Park Ave BMW because my door panel trim was peeling and foot board cover trim came loose. They ordered the parts and during 2-3 weeks of waiting I discovered that my steering wheel started shaking when braking at highway speed. FYI I am not an aggressive driver. I purchased this car used and it might have been that way. I took my car to Park Ave BMW. After diagnosing the car, the advisor called me and told me "the rotor thickness is well over the indication for replacement but there is a heat spot on the rotor. I asked him, "so is it warped? that should be covered under warranty right?" He replied "It's not warped but there is a heat spot." I asked him about the difference but he did not give me a clear answer. So what is next? He told me "we can resurface the rotor and that will alleviate the problem." I told him to please go ahead and he said "I will get the price and come back." hold on hold on.... that is not under warranty? He told me "no it isn't because there is no defect on the rotor and and it has a good thickness." I told him to just don't do anything and let me pick up the car. I was just sick of them. I got the car back and the foot board cover trim was never worked on and the brake problem is 10 times worse as they probably abused the brake when diagnosing the problem. I spoke to a friend who is a BMW mechanic (unfortunately in another state) and he suggested me to take it to a different dealership, so I did. While my car was at the other service center, I texted Park Ave BMW service advisor "my brake feels 10 times worse than before I brought the car in. Is there anything you can do?" He replied, " I wish I could do more, but the measurements are clearly well above what BMW allows for replacement components. I spoke with my warranty administrator as well. Sorry." I have no personal feelings against the service advisor and he tried to keep his mutual and professional position. However, the way the dealership handled this issues was very very disappointing. I got a call from the other service center at 3 pm and the advisor told me he replaced my front brake rotor and pads under warranty. THANK YOU! More

First car sercice went well. BMW Service called me to set up my 1 year service. It was easy. I arrived at my scheduled time and was warmly greeted by Daniel Murphy my service rep BMW Service called me to set up my 1 year service. It was easy. I arrived at my scheduled time and was warmly greeted by Daniel Murphy my service representative. He was welcoming and efficient. My car was delivered, sparkling clean in the promised time. I was disappointed to be told, although this was my one year service (car was build in March), since I did not buy it till April 1,8 I could not get new windshield wipe blades till that date. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and had a nice choice of snacks and drinks. More
