Car needs silly repairs, things they could have done before selling. They tried to keep the nav disc for themselves and give me a copy. shiesty (after making me wait three months for it). The service department was pleasant to deal with, especially the lady at the counter, however I will be bringing my service business elsewhere. All of my issues, complaints and disappointments could have easily been ignored if they just showed me a little courtesy and respect. I have worked in retail/ sales I was respectful to them, but was shown NONE in return. A return call, or email goes along way. If you give someone your word, you keep it. More

I worked with Todd and Andy throughout the process, and I found them to be honest, accountable, and timely in their responses. I initially found my BMW through Cars.com and I was pleased to see the vehicle was by and large well represented through the online pictures. I sought out Park Ave Lotus due to their stellar dealer ratings, customer testimonials, and competitive pricing. They have been in business for over 35 years and have a reputation for being transparent. I also gained comfort through their affiliation with Park Ave BMW, in that my car was initially leased through this entity and then resold through Park Ave Lotus - the Carfax record corroborates this data point. As I later found out, Park Ave Lotus is contracted to sell a certain number of BMW's from the dealership, and therefore, they price to move larger volumes versus trying to get maximum dollars, hence the competitive pricing. During my research process, Todd and Andy went out of their way to accommodate my requests and answer questions thoroughly. I never felt pressured to buy the car or that either gentlemen were acting deviously. In sum, I would state that I am very pleased thus far with my purchase and that I would certainly work with Park Ave Lotus again. Park Ave Lotus is the wonderful combination of quality automobiles and reasonable pricing - in the used car universe, this is difficult to find. More

Rick answered the phone and immediately stated "I'm not your salesman" and hung up the phone after he thought I was giving him a hard time. No patience whatsoever and unprofessional. Aside from spending $20k on a vehicle and getting horrible customer service from Rick, everything else was good. People like Rick is why I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
