Came in for an oil change. Was charged $50 for radiator fill. I asked why I would be low. Was told it's normal for a car with that mileage. I went on vacation for a week. Upon returning the radiator split open along the side the first day driven. They never took the time to inspect where leak was. The leak was completely visible without disassembly. When questioned about it they claimed the oil change personnel aren't trained to look for such issues. When I discovered the leak the car was 1 day out of warranty. The dealership explained that it was not their problem. More

Not sure Dathian Davis is but I would like to inform of our service. Prior to our last visit my car was inspected by your service department & passed. Yet at my appt 3 weeks later the brakes, rotors, spri our service. Prior to our last visit my car was inspected by your service department & passed. Yet at my appt 3 weeks later the brakes, rotors, springs & emergency brakes were all bad. The brakes & rotors were replaced in July. Repeat bad service has guaranteed we will not recommend you or do service with you again. Up until the buy out we had phenomenal customer service, and work service. More
