Everyone that I had to deal with was very friendly and everything was explained to me in detail. In my opinion they worked as a team to make the deal go smooth and quick. It was hassle free. My lease was about over and I stopped in to see what deals would be good for me in my price range. I talked to Larry about the deals that were available and he found the best deal for me. Explained all the incentives that I could get and I decided on the 2025 Ram Crew Cab. This was around 11:30am on New Year's Eve. I was driving it out of the parking lot at around 5pm that afternoon. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and talk to. From Aaron explaining the Ram app to me to Taylor with all the paperwork that I had to sign and she explained what everything was for. After everything was signed Chelsea talked to my wife and I and just wanted to make sure we were happy and to thank us for purchasing from Park Maple City. She even called a couple of days later to check to see if everything was still good. It was. Park Maple City has a great staff up there and I would recommend anyone to try them out to see if they can get a better deal with them.
