Shoutout to Rob Herring. Contacted Park Place on Wednesday afternoon. By the early evening, Rob provided and excellent OTD pricing for a Certified 2022 RX350. He provided the same pricing for a similar RX that had 2000 additional miles. Thursday, we went to Park Place and the OTD numbers remained unchanged. I did not understand some of the small fees, and Rob got that reduced by $50. The car is beautiful and looks brand new (with 23.5K miles). Traded in our 2015 RX350 (137.4K miles) and Park Place even matched our highest local offer. How many people did we need to talk with at the dealership? One; Rob handled everything.
