If I had not gone to Huggins I possibly would not be writing this review. This critique should not be taken as a negative feedback but constructive criticism. Lexus is supposed to be a 'luxury' car. But surprisingly Huggins beats Park place in customer delighting (not just the buzz word customer satisfaction) by quite a bit in every aspect of car selling. Now I hope Lexus 300NX will meet my expectations. I was not dissatisfied in any possible way though. I had done my home work and got close to what I wanted. More
