YOU are the best judge. Excellent showroom, good service. Me being an out of town buyer was dealt with same courtesy as a local. The only question was the information of the Excellent showroom, good service. Me being an out of town buyer was dealt with same courtesy as a local. The only question was the information of the CPO ( a loaner) I bought was misleading. I was shown a vehicle at a price point (which was surprisingly not on the net anywhere). CPOs are supposed to have gone through a 100+ point inspection, but nobody mentioned that the wheels of the car had been REPLACED by probably an unscrupulous loaner!! By chance I looked at the pictures and realized that the vehicle had after market rim/tires. When I pointed out they agreed to change them but at a cost of additional 800 bucks. In true Lexus tradition I expected the dealer to make that change absorbing the cost since it was an oversight on inspection, bringing in question that validity of a 'CERTIFIED' vehicle. I still bought the vehicle after a thorough personal inspection of whatever I could think of spending 4 hours. Have not been for the first service yet, hope nothing else is wrong, so buyers please inspect the vehicles in detail. More
