Excellence. I worked with David Hagen. We sat down and went over exactly what I wanted and didn't want. From there went through the compromises I'd be willing t I worked with David Hagen. We sat down and went over exactly what I wanted and didn't want. From there went through the compromises I'd be willing to make if need be. He found me exactly what I wanted. We also went through several changes as I was trying to sell my previous car (and managed to) so I could get a little more out of it to put down. David even picked me up from the train station as I sold my car while out of town! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I love my (almost) new RX! Thank you David. More

Anything they might stretch the truth on is described by them as simply a miscommunication. Anything at this level (dealership) that is a concern to the customer will sometimes not be addressed and when elevated to Lexus USA - it will take an act of congress to talk with someone- and they won't intervene. Waste of time, not much use will come out of it. I'm 65 years old and they taught the lesson--if something doesn't seem quite right--just walk away--their will always be a better deal. More
