Buying a car made painless!! I have dealt with Walter Onubogu to buy 4 different vehicles, three Lexus ES 350's & a GS 350 over the course of 7 years. Most recently, the lease & I have dealt with Walter Onubogu to buy 4 different vehicles, three Lexus ES 350's & a GS 350 over the course of 7 years. Most recently, the lease & ultimate purchase of the GS 350. All our negotiations were done on line or by phone. Walter removed the hassle of new car buying. He was great to work with and everything we agreed to was executed exactly as he guaranteed it would. All I had to do was drive from Stillwater, Ok to Grapevine & get my car. Disappointing Car Buying Experience Not very happy with my experience when looking for a CPO Lexus ES350 a few weeks ago. After several weeks of searching for a car, I thought I found t Not very happy with my experience when looking for a CPO Lexus ES350 a few weeks ago. After several weeks of searching for a car, I thought I found the exact car that I wanted at Park Place Lexus Grapevine and made arrangements to pre-qualify for financing and purchase, with the caveat that if I didn't like the test-drive, I would be under no obligation to follow through with the signing the papers. Upon visiting the dealership a few days later to check out the car, here are the highlights of my visit. • Regarding the car, there were a couple of dings on the body, and there were many scratches on the door handles. Not sure if those could have been fixed, but if it can be like my sales person Reuben said, it should have been done before I was shown the car. I understand I am buying a used car, but being a CPO, I expect that if something can be done to make it look almost as good as new, that should be done already. I didn’t expect to be told that “yeah, we can probably fix it, after you buy the car.” • The car was quite dirty. For example, there were several hairs stuck on the driver’s seat. Not sure if that was from the previous owner or from other test drives. Also, there were several golf tees scattered in the car trunk. At the very least, the car could have been cleaned out before showing it. • I was asking Reuben if the price could be negotiated. I wasn't looking for several thousand dollars off... more like a few hundred, but he pretty much said, take it or leave it. I think he could at least have taken that to a manager. • I left, feeling disgusted with the whole experience, and purchased a CPO Lexus ES350 from Sewell Lexus instead. I felt that Sewell provided a very different and more welcoming car buying experience than Park Place Grapevine did. • Juan Fuentes, Pre-Owned Sales Director, called me a couple of days later after I sent them my complaints above, and he was apologetic and understood my issues. Because of that, I will kick up the review by 1 star, to make it a 2 star review. Otherwise, it was really just a very disappointing experience, and I can't recommend purchasing a car from Park Place Lexus Grapevine. More

He went out of his way to be accomodating, coming to our house more than once to deliver paperwork and also our vehicle after having had a trailer hitch put on it.
