I was sold on which car I wanted, but not the price. John worked with me on my trade in and his car to come to an agreement within an hour. He even brought the paperwork to me at work 130 miles away that Monday! Love this dealership and John! More

Worst Experience EVER After purchasing a car, there was a discrepancy with the odometer (based on written internal documentation left in my car after purchase). I returned After purchasing a car, there was a discrepancy with the odometer (based on written internal documentation left in my car after purchase). I returned to the dealership within 30 minutes of purchasing the car. The initial manager rolled his eyes, was visibly irritated with the situation, and was argumentative. We asked to talk to a GM or the owner - the manager laughed and said there was no way they would talk to me on a Saturday evening. Made me feel like he wouldn't care about nor value a $10,500 used car sale. Thus, we were passed to Juan. Juan and his team of sales people treated the situation as a "simple typo" and kept asking us why we didn't trust them. With all due respect, we had known them for just a few hours and had their own documentation pointing out the problem. Trust must be earned and everything was pointing to a problem. They tried to bully me into thinking their "typo" was a simple error. They were furious saying we was accusing them of fraud - when in fact, we were questioning why their own paperwork showed two different mileage amounts - at roughly 98,000 and 201,000. A big discrepancy and certainly fraud if proven true. They insisted we "trust" them and accept their typo explanation without consideration of my concern. Juan would not return to the dealership to address our concerns. He stated the reason as he was at home with his family, which we had been away from our families for hours at his dealership. After we reached an agreement of what would happen on the next business day, Juan called me with a different solution, pressed me to accept it, and take delivery of the car. He raised his voice and did not listen to me. He didn't value my time nor my responses in telling him I would call him later in the day. I've been in a customer service career for over 40 years and this was by far the worst, most unbelievably bad experience. I did not purchase the vehicle given this horrific customer service experience. I would highly recommend NOT considering this dealership for a car purchase. If there was the ability to rate this dealership and experience at a zero, they would have earned it. More

Our Experience Wife and I live in Frisco so the Grapevine location was out of the way. The reason we stayed with Grapevine is my online connection with Terry Song. Contacted Terry about a 2016 Model NX that was CPO and we were considering leasing. The numbers were actually better going with a new 2017 model that we built to our exact specs. Great experience. Tony even came back to the dealership from home on an evening when he was not there to assist with delivering our new Lexus. Excellent service. I can't even attempt to explain my wife's immense satisfaction with Park Place in Frisco as our last Lexus was always serviced there. Thank you Park Place. Arthur & Jennifer Salmon More
