Will not be returning Came in to test drive a car and wound up sitting and waiting more than driving. After we test drove I had some time to kill so I figured we could run some numbers quickly as a guess. Took 2hrs and wanted to completely rip me off. Guess he saw someone who looked younger and wanted to see what he could get. Would not ever recommend him to anyone else. Complete con artist and fake. Even had another employee come over and lie with him as well. Will not be returning to this dealership again. Wanted $13k for a $17k car and then wanted to keep all that money to himself and wanted me to pay $700 a month for a basic 2017 Lexus IS. Online said $350 or so, why would I ever pay $700 for a lease? Oh yeah, cause he wanted to make commission on a "know-nothing kid". More

Danny made sure every little detail was taken care of prior to my arrival. He had arranged for Ms Hernandez to walk me thru the overwhelming features on the car. We spent about an hour in the car while she explained everything and would always ask if I had any questions. She definitely knew her stuff! The experience at Park Place was fabulous and not your typical car purchasing experience. No pressure, no rush to make a sale, just helpful and friendly people. In the future, other dealerships should use Park Place as their business model. Thank you Danny - you were the ultimate! More
