From my past experiences, you walk into a dealership ready for a stressful experience including haggling and dealing with sleazy types if you are unfortunate enough. To my surprise Nathan and park place proved to be just the opposite of this. He was a professional, patient, gave me straight answers and made the entire process a breeze. He even made arrangements such that I could deliver the car as a surprise at a later date. If I were to purchase another lexus again, I'll definitely go here. More

My husband went to Mike Smith and asked if anyone can help us as we were looking for a 2017 RX250 for my dad and an ES for myself. He did not help, said we are closing in 20 min come tomorrow. Spoke to Tom, told him feeling like we are being kicked out. Asked to speak to director Charles, and he too did not seem he was interested in making a sale, forget 2. Oh by the way, we had already purchased a GX class vehicle from them in the past! Never again will I recommend them. Only person who seemed like he cared was Tom, manager of ecommerce. More
