Beware I have purchased multiple vehicles from Park Place never with a issue. This time I came to purchase a car from Shane W in used cars. I drove 45 min fo I have purchased multiple vehicles from Park Place never with a issue. This time I came to purchase a car from Shane W in used cars. I drove 45 min for the vehicle (Certified RX350) When I got there it had a $1000 worth of paint damage and he said sorry nothing he could do to fix it he said nothing of the damage before I drove out there. He went to speak with a manager and came back and he acted like he was doing me a favor by getting me a similar vehicle at the same price. He did all the paperwork and I was ready to sign I asked to see the car fax and it has been in a accident (He tried to slide it past me) He was extremely arrogant and flat out told me the deal would not make or break him WOW very very uncharacteristic of Park Place. Unbelievable Not what you would expect from a Used Car Salesman from Park Place. I went to Sewell Lexus later that afternoon to make my purchase. More

Ned spent an incredible amount of time with me on a Friday evening. Knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with all my questions. That is what car buying should be about. Is why I needed to look no further for my new vehicle. Have been back for a few things like plates and interior protection application. Equally impressed.
