He called me!! I had concerns and all of a sudden on a friday evening he has ruined my day with his words. He stated Tyler is the face of the service department for me and he was sorry he didn't do his job--WRONG Austin--Tyler is awesome it's Austin that is the voice of the service department and I don't know if you have noticed but It's the free world and I can have my opinion that your service department seems to always want to do add ons and now I find out it can't be trusted to do the service the car is brought in for because it wasn't done at the 15,000 service but I thought it was and now at the 20,000 service you want to do it all! Disappointing--to say the least, upsetting--absolutely, uncalled for behavior--most definitely! Last I checked I was the customer that has bought 3 cars at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine. More

I bought my Lexus from Ned Fardeecey, Internet Sales Manager and highly recommend him. Ned made my Lexus purchase a unique and pleasant experience without any sales pressure. I met Ned's manager, Tom during the sale who went out of his way to assist me. After the sale Ned spent over an hour with me explaining the operation of the various systems on my new Lexus.
