They picked me up at the nearby airport and provided a loaner to drive while the car was being prepped. I felt the staff was honest and straight forward, there were no surprises with the car or the process. Our salesman Hasan, was prompt on all communication leading up to, and again post sale regarding final paperwork. I can only sight one area of improvement they could capture, that was the time it took to get the car prepped. I anticipated and planned for about 4 hrs to complete the sale and it took longer then that just to get the car prepped. Minor inconvenience, and Hasan was very apologetic. Very pleased overall, got the car and drove it 10 hrs home without issue. More

Changed my opinion of Dealerships I just purchased my vehicle from Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, this was after I had already walked out of a dealership in Arlington that was very fru I just purchased my vehicle from Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, this was after I had already walked out of a dealership in Arlington that was very frustrating typical dealership tactics. They posted one price online and then increase many thousands of dollars when I got there. But not Park Place, what they posted was the price, the negotiation and whole purchase experience was fantastic. Casey took care of everything, I just signed and drove off in my new beautiful car. Over all the buying process was made easy for us. Buying process was made easy. We did feel a bit rushed through it, as I know they were getting closer to closing time. This was understandable. We weren't given a "walkthrough" of the 2016 ES we purchased, in turn we had to figure several things out on our own after purchase. But not that big of a deal. I heard they had some technology specialist but we were never offered or introduced to them. Since purchasing our Salesman has followed up about this survey, that's about all. Salesman says he tried calling me to give us 2nd set of keys. (I had to stop by an send a few emails to get) When asked to verify the phone number he was using, he couldn't find it and he didn't remember our name. Seemed a bit strange. But again, not that big of deal. We weren't overwhelmed by PP service, but also not disappointed. We really enjoy the car the most and how easy the buying process was with Park Place. More

Very accommodating Danny went above and beyond to help get into the car I wanted. He worked around my work sxhedule, handling most of the deal over the phone, delivered Danny went above and beyond to help get into the car I wanted.
