There was no pressure during the initial visit or ensuing discussions with my sales person (Sean Musser). Very open and easy negotiation. After we made our agreement he had the ppwk ready and waiting for me to transact during my lunch hour, there was no 3 hours at the dealership haggling and signing documents. It was all very simple and professional. The vehicle was used and had a couple of minor issues, that's where Park Place really shined. They immediately owned the issues, scheduled the service, and made the process very enjoyable and hassle free for me. I will have my vehicle serviced there as long as I have it! More
