Great No Pressure Sales Experience As a former Sewell customer, I have been spoiled by the exception customer oriented service provided. I didn't think I could find another dealership t As a former Sewell customer, I have been spoiled by the exception customer oriented service provided. I didn't think I could find another dealership that could match the experience I've had but Park Place has so far. I first called to inquire about availability and spoke to a Jay. On my first visit, I found the dealership to be modern, clean, and had a impressive waiting area for people getting their cars serviced. Many other dealerships I've visited do not make me feel like a valued customer (age bias?), but Sewell and Park Place does a good job of making me feel like a valued potential customer (*exception is Sewell Subaru - no one bothered me as I was walking around and looking at demo cars - had to chase someone down to get test drive). Mr Michael Moore who was the preowned sales representative that I was appointed and he was one of the primary reasons why we felt comfortable making a purchase at Park Place. I appreciated his professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and no pressure approach. I got away the first time with a positive feeling because the car I was interested in lacked backup camera that we wanted. Did not hesitate to call him when I found a vehicle they were selling. Felt like he did his best to find us a good deal and we ended up purchasing a CPO RX350. I appreciated him coming in on his day off to settle paperwork and deliver the vehicle. I can only hope the post sales and service experience can match the excellent pre-sales experience I received from Mr. Michael Moore. I like the Park Place app offered, but kind of disappointed that Car Wash is frequently closed; unless you go early enough only to see a loooong line at the car wash lane. With Sewell, you can pull up to any lane and their car wash closes by time, not by how busy the dealership is. Also, while waiting in the lobby, I have heard problems with some customers and thier service, but it sounded like Park Place was doing their best to correct the situation which is good to hear. Will share if anything changes, but we are happy with our purchase experience so far. A big thank you to Michael Moore. More
